We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change prices, refuse orders, or cancel orders placed with incorrect pricing or incorrect product information.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise displayed.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

6. One-Time Purchases
Physical products may be available as one-time purchases.
A one-time purchase does not create a recurring subscription unless the customer separately selects or adds the KOVA Rewards Membership or another subscription option.
7. KOVA Rewards Membership and Recurring Billing
The KOVA Rewards Membership is a recurring monthly membership billed at $19.95 USD every 28 days. How your first payment is taken depends on how you joined.
If you joined by selecting the VIP option when adding an item to your cart, your first 15 days are free: you are not charged for the membership at checkout, and your first payment of $19.95 USD is charged on day 16. If you purchased the KOVA Rewards Membership on its own, your first payment of $19.95 USD is charged at checkout, at the time of purchase.
By placing your monthly recurring order of KOVA Rewards Membership, you will be charged $19.95 every 28 days until you cancel your subscription, beginning on day 16 if your membership began with 15 days free, or at the time of purchase if it did not. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and a receipt after each successful transaction.
By purchasing the KOVA Rewards Membership, you authorize AylaMilo LLC to charge your payment method for the recurring amount shown at checkout until you cancel.
The KOVA Rewards Membership must be selected by the customer. It should not be preselected by default.
8. Cancellation of Membership
You may cancel your KOVA Rewards Membership at any time.
To cancel or manage your membership, log in to your customer account or contact us at contact@kovanewyork.com.
No phone call is required to cancel.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before your next scheduled billing date to avoid a future recurring charge.
9. Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy.
Opened and unopened products are eligible for return within the return window described in our Refund Policy, subject to the terms and exclusions stated there.
10. Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, address issues, or high-demand periods.
11. Reviews and Testimonials
Any reviews, testimonials, ratings, or customer feedback displayed on the website must reflect real customer experiences and must not be false, fabricated, misleading, or presented in a way that misrepresents the reviewer's experience.
We may remove or moderate reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method when applicable.
